02 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), please send an email to our Designated Agent with the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

The URL(s) of the material on KickArchive that you claim is infringing, so we can locate it.

Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

03 What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
We will make a good faith effort to notify the content source of the takedown, if applicable.
Repeat infringers may have all associated content permanently removed from our archive.

04 Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by sending an email to our Designated Agent with the following:

Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.
