At KickArchive, we want you to be happy with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for purchases made on https://kickarchive.com.
Payments for our subscriptions are processed securely by Whop, our payment provider. Refunds are issued through Whop back to your original payment method.
01 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans (Streamer Starter and Streamer Pro, monthly or yearly) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
The 14-day period starts on the date of your first payment for a new subscription.
02 Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the Service has not been substantially used during that renewal period.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
